Day 4
Clean Up Your Instagram Profile
Open the Instagram app
Go to your profile (bottom right icon)
Switch to your business or professional profile if needed
(If you’re not on a business profile, we’ll convert you in Step 5)
Your profile photo appears everywhere — comments, messages, search results — so it needs to be clean and recognizable even at tiny sizes.
Your logo (clean and symmetrical)
A professional headshot (if you are the brand)
A clean team photo cropped tight

Your bio should answer three things instantly:
Who do you help?
What do you do?
How do customers get in touch?
Here’s the simple formula:
Plumber:
“Helping Brandon with plumbing repairs, installs & emergencies. Honest pricing. Fast response. DM for quote.”
Landscaper:
“Making Brandon yards clean & beautiful. Weekly mowing + full landscaping. Message for free quote.”
Cleaner:
“Reliable home & office cleaning in Brandon. Weekly, bi-weekly, deep cleans. DM to book.”
Hair salon:
“Cuts, colours & styles for Brandon clients. Friendly, professional, confidence-boosting hair. Book via link.”
Mechanic:
“Trusted auto repairs + diagnostics in Brandon. Honest pricing. Message for appointment.”
Massage therapist:
“Helping Brandon relax, recover & feel better. Therapeutic + deep tissue. Booking link below.”
Veterinarian:
“Compassionate veterinary care for Brandon pets. Preventative + urgent appointments. Call or DM.”

If your account isn’t already set to Business:
Go to Settings
Tap Account
Tap Switch to Professional Account
Choose Business
Select your category (same as Google categories)
Connect your Facebook Business Page
This unlocks:
✔ Contact buttons
✔ Insights
✔ Promotions
✔ Category labels
✔ Messaging tools
(This step is optional but powerful.)
If your last 10 posts include:
Very old work
Personal photos not relevant to your business
Low-quality images
Confusing content
You can Archive them (not delete).
Archiving cleans your profile instantly.
How to Archive:
Open a post
Tap the three dots (…)
Select Archive
Your profile now looks clean and current.
Your Instagram profile should now:
✔ Have a clean, professional profile photo
✔ Have a clear bio explaining who you help + what you do
✔ Include a link to your quote form or website
✔ Have contact buttons enabled
✔ Look current, active, and trustworthy
A stranger should be able to answer:
“What does this business do, and how do I contact them?”
…in 3 seconds or less.
If yes — you nailed Day 4.
Your Instagram is now a trust page, not a random collection of posts.
Customers who check it will instantly feel more confident reaching out.
You’ve built one more piece of your trust foundation.
